Selected resources, peoples, assets and technologies, customers  to be carved out of the larger portfolio.

Modified and streamlined all operational processes, products, supply chain,  markets, people, assets, R&D, technology, SAP and all accounting systems.

 

Result

Sold the newly created separate business entity for 10x multiple another separate business entity from the client’s portfolio for 8x multiple contributing $2B in cash.
